Surrey Bridging Program @ Options Community Services

The Surrey Bridging Program serves adults transitioning from community residential programs to independent living. The program is limited to nine participants, which allows for more extensive support than other supported living programs. A rental subsidy is provided to assist with finding and maintaining, safe and affordable housing.
