Compassion HomeCare can provide service from as little as a few hours to 24-hours a day. They develop a “Plan of Care” in conjunction with client, family member, Community Health Nurse or Social Worker. They then match client needs with a suitable caregiver. Compassion HomeCare service coordinators understand continuity of care is important to every client so we maintain the same staff when possible. After service begins, they continue to monitor client satisfaction and ensure client needs are being met by regular telephone communication and home visits by a supervisor. Most important, Compassion HomeCare continually communicates with the Home Support Worker who is providing care. Services or information on Services are available to clients and staff 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Multiple Locations around the province.
