RESPITE SERVICES @ CWSDS

The CWSDS respite program operates on-site in a separate house and serves individuals with multiple needs from over the age five. It provides non-emergency respite for families and caregivers for the weekend, or up to a week at a time. The program is recreation focused taking into consideration the needs of the individuals currently utilizing the program. Individuals under the age of 18 require a CWSDS application form to be completed. Individuals over the age of 18 require a Developmental Services Ontario package.
