Calm Kids @ OuTcomes Therapy

Does your child struggle to calm and focus? The purpose of this fun, engaging play group will be to provide children with sensorimotor strategies & tools to help them learn to self-regulate emotions and behaviour. By the end of the 6 sessions, each child will have a personalized toolkit they can use to calm & focus at school & home.
