What are they saying without saying it? Interpreting facial expressions and body language webinar
Online | Online
Some autistic people struggle with nonverbal cues like interpreting facial expressions and body language in social situations. If you are not sure how someone is feeling, it can be difficult to know how best to respond. In this webinar intended for autistic individuals, Dr. Fakhri Shafai will describe what we know about face expression and body language processing in autism. She will also break down facial expressions tied to certain emotions and provide clues to look for when trying to decide how a person is feeling.
