He delivers specialist Autism and Neurodiversity training to professionals and works as a consultant across the globe. Kieran recently co-authored an academic publication on Autistic Masking. He is also the Founder of The Autistic Cooperative, an international network and lobbying group for Autistic Professionals and Advocates.
