Supporting Neurodivergent Guests And Colleagues
Do you work in customer service? Learning how to support your customers and colleagues who are on the autism spectrum and/or have an intellectual disability can go a long way to making better interactions for everyone.
In this course, we describe autism and other neurodivergencies, typical reasons that your customers may become overwhelmed, support strategies to quickly de-escalate situations, and a discussion of how you can better work with and support your neurodivergent colleagues. This course takes between 90-120 minutes.
