This toolkit is Part 2 of a 3-part series aiming to promote positive mental health in rural and remote communities. Together with autistic people, parents, and caregivers of autistic people, and mental health professionals, the authors created various activities with information and evidence-informed strategies that can be used at any time.



Part 2 – Caregivers Edition

This toolkit is designed for parents and caregivers of autistic children, youth, and adults who may be struggling with their mental health or who want more information on what mental health means for rural and remote communities. Activities in this toolkit are designed for individuals across the lifespan.
