he first part consist in 2 hour weekly in-class lesson aiming at learning essential jobsearch skillset, and when the cadidate is ready, moving to phase 2. During phase 3, the time is split-up between class and a local employment agency until the candidate is comfortable enough to keep searching independently with the employment agency until they achieve their goal.
