Daytime Community Outreach @ LoSeCa Foundation

Daytime Outreach supports are those provided from an individual’s residence. This involves staff going to meet an individual at a LoSeCa residence and providing supports from that home. The individuals will then take part in activities either at the residence or in the community, like walking, bowling, etc. These supports are generally provided at a 1:1 level and are suitable for those who have complex needs and/or require a more intensive level of staff assistance.
