Early Integration Program (EIP) @ Lansdowne Children’s Centre

The Resource Consultant will partner with the family to provide family-centered services that support the child, family and Early Learning Environment. The Resource Consultant provides assessment, information and early intervention services in the Early Learning Environment and in the home. The Resource Consultant assists by taking a case management role helping the families navigate through services as well as transitioning to the child to school to ensure everyone is working together to meet the needs of the child.
