The Lanark Early Integration program (LEIP) supports the inclusion of children with special needs in early learning environments that include licensed child care and summer programs. LEIP supports the early learning program where your child attends to fully participate alongside his peers. To accomplish this, they provide preschool providers with support, training and consultation needed to ensure children with special needs fully participate in their programs. Who is it for, for families with a child between the ages of 0 and 12 living in Lanark County and whose needs relating to overall development, are of such a nature that additional supports are required.
