Employment Placement @ Arch Enterprises

Through a process of individualized planning, Arch Enterprises Employment Placement staff work with clients to personally identify and realize the clients goals for meaningful employment outcomes. Clients may receive support with any or all employment search components ranging from career interest scans to resume development, job search and interview support. Once a client obtains an employment opportunity, staff will provide direct training and support at the work site for a pre-determined number of work shifts. Our aim is to encourage orientation and training such that the client and host employer build a working rapport that results in a successful employment offer being confirmed.
