In Home Programming @ Innovative Intervention Services

Innovative works with Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) and the family to develop program delivery options.Innovative provides intervention programming for children with disabilities and their families. An individualized Service Plan is designed to address the child and family’s unique areas of need and priorities. Programming is implemented in the child’s home and community with the support of a Family Coach. The Child and Family Coach collaborates with the parents and is supported by the consultants involved.The Program is reviewed consistently and goals are updated and/or modified as required in order to meet the child’s needs.
