ILS offers a variety of staffed residential services that can be customized to meet each individual’s needs. A personal plan is used to determine the most appropriate service arrangement. The plan also outlines the types of supports the individual would require while residing in the home. 24 – 7 staffed residential services are also available for those with complex health care needs. ILS also offers individualized staffed residential services developed according to the needs identified in the individual’s personal plan and can address unique support requirements including individuals who experience challenging and complex behaviors.​
