Social work @ St. Amant

The Social Work Program is a short-term, intensive community-based service for families, individuals and care providers who support and care for those with developmental or intellectual disabilities. The program helps enable the family or care providers in complex situations to continue to care for and support the individual in a way that enhances the quality of life and family functioning. It also helps caregivers plan for optimal transitions and prevents unplanned or emergency out-of-home placements.
