Ted Kuhn Towers @ Options Community Services

This program offers a supportive housing model to provide property management, 24-7 tenant support services and security to all 420+ residents, plus additional support services provided by community agencies through strategic partnerships. The tenant support workers assist tenants to live independently with the life-skills and supports they need to become active and integrated members of the community. Supportive housing is a blended model of subsidized rental units with supports that are intended to facilitate successful tenancies for those most in need of affordable housing.
