The Seniors Program @ LoSeCa Foundation

The LoSeCa Seniors program offers programming to individuals who are aging but still want to take part in a recreation and leisure program that meets their lifestyle needs! A large portion of activities are in the community but some are facility based and change with the season. Programming is similar to the Discoveries program but for an aging demographic at a slower and more easygoing pace. Most individuals in the program are in the 50 plus age range; that being said, there are times when other individuals are considered if their needs are similar to other individuals in this program.
