Transitional Living Program @ Options Community Services

Provides individualized supports to assist adults with a mental illness living in the White Rock-South Surrey area. The program provides housing opportunities in both a shared living situation and independent living via a rental subsidy. Individual support services are recovery-focused and promote independence and life skills development.
