Warehouse Training Program @ Douglas College

The Warehouse Training Program is designed to assist individuals with barriers to employment. The program teaches the skills needed to obtain work in distribution centres and warehouses. Classroom and on-site training covers shipping and receiving procedures, inventory maintenance, order picking, employability skills, communication skills and interviewing techniques. Through a brief work experience, students practice these skills in a distribution center, warehouse or other related setting.
